Where commercial marking lasers reach their limits, the performance spectrum of PMLT begins. PMLT offers solutions for particularly short cycle times and products that can be specially adapted to the needs of individual customers.

For machines with very short cycle times, PMLT offers components for ultra-fast marking processes. Here PMLT reaches process speeds that cannot be achieved with conventional laser marking systems. The following video shows an example of the marking of a ten-digit serial number in just a few milliseconds on an ordinary metal surface. To demonstrate the process speed, a serial number is then marked with 1000 digits in one second (!).
