Our service
We offer machine manufacturers who do outstanding work in their specialist areas, but who have little experience in the field of laser material processing, support in the development, commissioning and adjustment of laser systems.
We define framework conditions, interfaces, tolerances and process windows for the construction department of our customers, develop laser processes in our in-house test setups and put together coordinated laser setups including peripherals such as extraction, chiller, inert gas supply, parts in contact with the workpiece, etc.
On request, we will also accompany you in carrying out tests for process qualification. We show what is important for stable laser processes. We define and compare the size of the process windows so that your processes work over a long period of time with fluctuations and tolerances of the raw material that are often unavoidable.
PMLT offers neutral support and advice when purchasing your laser machines and components. For customers who do not have an expert for laser material processing in their ranks, it is often difficult to assess whether it should really be the expensive solution from well-known manufacturers such as Trumpf or Coherent or whether the "low budget solution" on ebay is sufficient which often costs only a fraction. PMLT supports you in the selection of components and offers a neutral assessment of the prices.
